Our Simple Franchising Process

1. CONNECT WITH OUR CORPORATE TEAM

Once you submit your contact information, our corporate team will schedule a meeting to walk you through a comprehensive overview of the FusionMamma franchise opportunity. During this session, we’ll learn more about your goals, discuss the business model in detail, and answer any questions you may have as you explore partnering with Fusion Mamma.

2. SIGN FDD & FRANCHISE FEE

Following our initial discovery call, you will receive the Fusion Mamma Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD) for your review. Once you’re comfortable moving forward, you’ll sign the franchise agreement and submit the $5,000 franchise fee. At the same time, our team will begin working closely with you to identify and evaluate potential locations for your Fusion Mamma Food Truck/Restaurant.

3. TRAINING

After completion of documentations and Finalising the location, we invite you to send two senior team members to train at one of our Fusion Mamma corporate locations. This immersive, hands-on training is designed for leaders who will be actively involved in day-to-day operations, ensuring they are fully prepared to uphold our standards, culture, and commitment to quality from the start.

4. GROWTH & EXPANSION

Fusion Mamma corporate team will continue to support you with strategic marketing guidance designed to drive visibility and long-term success. By effectively leveraging your local demography, maintaining consistent brand messaging, and delivering outstanding customer service, you’ll build strong momentum in your market. We place a strong emphasis on digital engagement and reputation management, helping our franchise partners strengthen their presence across key platforms including Google, Yelp, DoorDash, Uber Eats, and other delivery channels.
